Seeing Shamrocks~ March Blog Hop

{LOVE} Blog Hops!!!

Talk about challenge!  ME~ using only ONE stamp set on a card! WOWzers~ that was hard! {smiles}  I used Cheers To You to create this fast and easy St. Patrick's Day card. The shamrocks are my favorite stamp from the Cheers To You set~ or should I say "part of a stamp". These cute shamrocks are actually attached to a horseshoe. You can easily mask and use part of a stamp to create, but I actually cut the horseshoe off! GASP! I know, right!? Don't worry! I cut carefully and I can attach the horseshoe to my shamrock image at any time. Oh...the joys of unmounted stamps!

I used copic markers (G21, G24) to color the shamrocks. If you look closely, you can see that I added little "dots" of crystal stickles. The saying is attached with pop dots.

I hope you are inspired to stamp and create!

I love the shamrock border! I never thought about cutting that stamp apart but what a great idea! I'm definately going to be taking a closer look at my stamps in the future.

Great idea using them as a border! Love it when you find more uses for one stamp set :D
