Cup of Kindness

How EXCITING to be a part of Mabelle's 2012 Winter Design Team! Mabelle is not only a dear friend ~ she is a talented artist and one of the sweetest people on EARTH! It's TRUE!

The paper I used was smaller than normal copy paper size. I put a bit of tape at the bottom of the patterned paper and adhered it to white copy paper. I ran it through the printer...and Voila! Sweet digis on purple paper! ;)

I put double stick tape on the back of the patterned paper and cut the cups out ~ I then attached them to my white cardstock.

Mabelle's cute little digi ~ Cup of Kindness! After paper piecing the cups ~ I colored the flowers with copic markers. Bling was added to the center of the flowers ~ LoVe me some BLiNg!

~ Christmas Cards ~ 2011

WOWzers! I can't believe how fast December snuck up on me!!! I have been busy making cards! Hopefully I can start mailing them soon! {{{smiles}}}

The stamps are from The Angel Company and the patterned paper came from Hobby Lobby. I used permanent 2-sided tacky tape to create a "pocket" on each card. I inserted a few (3-4) wallet sized photos in each "pocket"...and some cards have a gift card hiding behind the photos! I put some bling in the middle of each snowflake! It doesn't show up on the picture very well, but it adds quite a bit to the presentation of the card.

I used 1 1/2" sports athletic tape on my cards. {smiles} Riley broke his foot a while back and he has to wrap his foot anytime he plays sports...so...we always have athletic tape in the house! I thought...why not stamp on it?! LOL!

Here is my spotLIGHTing card~ using the new level A set~ America I Love! America I Love can be found on page 7 of the NEW 2011-2012 TAC Inspiration Book & Catalogue!

For the blue ribbon: I placed scor-tape on the back... and then folded the ribbon back and forth! The spotLIGHT is colored with copic markers ...and it has a little lift with the help of a pop dot! The spotLIGHT image is lined up~ it just looks "off" because of the camera angle! ~smiles~
